Sunterra Builders is a licensed general building contractor based in Palm Desert, working throughout Rancho Mirage and the greater Coachella Valley on custom residential construction, remodeling and additions, outdoor living and commercial construction.

Working in Rancho Mirage means knowing its lots, its architecture and its permitting — not treating it as an anonymous dot on a service map. Darrin Coffin has built across the valley since 2007 and stays hands-on from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
